Stress builds quietly. Now you can see it.

It shows up in your heart rate variability long before you notice it. Azume One reads that signal under your watch, all day, and shows you when your body needs a pause.

Today.Minute by minute.

The app plots your stress across the whole day, night included. Tap the graph to see any hour, and spot the meetings, the commute or the late coffee that pushed it up.

Your score.One glance, one number.

A single score for your waking hours, plus how long you spent in each zone. Busy days look different from calm ones, and now you can see by how much.

Recovery.What the night gives back.

Stress is only half the story. Your nightly HRV shows how well your body recovered, compared with your own usual nights, not with anyone else.

Three zones.Clear meaning.

Low

Your body is at rest and recovering. This is where most of a good day should sit.

Moderate

Raised tension. Normal during focus or exercise, worth a look when it lasts for hours.

High

Your body is under strain. A short break, a walk or a few slow breaths help it come back down.

Questions.Answered.

What does HRV have to do with stress?

Heart rate variability (HRV) describes how much the time between two heartbeats varies. When your body is relaxed, it varies more. Under tension the rhythm becomes more even and HRV drops. Azume One combines your HRV with your heart rate and compares both with your personal normal range. That gives you your stress level.

Does Azume One also measure how relaxed I am during the day?

Yes. Azume One measures at short intervals throughout the day. The low zone shows the moments when your body comes to rest. The app shows how much time you spent in each zone, so you can see the calm parts of your day as well.

How accurate is stress measurement on a wearable?

No wearable measures stress directly. Azume One estimates it from signals that are closely linked to tension: heart rate variability and heart rate. Movement, exercise or caffeine also affect these values, which is why the app marks workouts in your timeline. Trends and the comparison with your own normal range say more than a single moment. Azume One is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses.

How are sleep and stress connected?

Sleep is the most important recovery phase for your nervous system. After a short or restless night, HRV is often lower the next day and strain shows up sooner. In turn, a stressful day can disturb your sleep. The app shows you both: your sleep, and under overnight recovery, how your nightly HRV compared with your usual nights.
