Your body talks. Now you can listen.

Four signals.Measured quietly.

Heart rate, HRV, VO2 max, respiration rate and blood oxygen, recorded in the background under your watch, day and night. The Azume app turns them into a clear picture of how you are doing, every day.

Recovery.One number for your day.

The recovery score combines heart rate, HRV, VO2 max, respiration rate and blood oxygen into a single percentage, personalised to your own baseline. One glance shows how ready your body is for the day.

Heart rate.Around the clock.

Resting, active and asleep. Continuous measurement shows how your body responds to your habits, your stress and your surroundings.

At rest.What the night shows.

Resting heart rate and respiratory rate are measured while you sleep, when your body is at its calmest. Compared with your own baseline, small changes become easy to see.

HRV.Your recovery signal.

Heart rate variability shows how your body adapts to load and rest. The app compares it with your personal baseline, not with an average.

VO2 max.Endurance, made visible.

One of the most telling fitness values. It shows how well your body uses oxygen under load, and how your training pays off over time.

A single value shows a moment. Azume shows how your numbers develop over days and weeks.

Questions.Answered.

What is the recovery score and what does it tell me?

The recovery score combines heart rate, HRV, VO2 max and blood oxygen into a single percentage, personalised to your own baseline. It shows at a glance how well your body has recovered and makes your recovery comparable day by day.

What is HRV?

HRV stands for heart rate variability, the small variations in the time between two heartbeats. Azume compares your HRV with your own baseline, so you can see how it changes over days and weeks.

How does Azume One measure under my watch?

Azume One sits between your watch and your wrist. The sensors on its underside measure directly at the skin, invisible under your watch, and send the data to the Azume app.

Which watches does Azume One work with?

Azume One works with nearly any watch. You will find all details on the product page.

Azume One is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.

Quiet on the wrist.Precise in the data.
