Disposing of electrical equipment and batteries
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on the device, its packaging or in the guide means that the Azume One must be disposed of separately from household waste at the end of its life. Electrical equipment and batteries do not belong in general waste.
Returns: You can drop off your Azume One at a local collection point for waste electrical equipment, such as a municipal recycling centre. Alternatively, we take the device back ourselves. Just email service@azume.com and we will arrange the return to WatchMePay GmbH, Wallfahrerweg 1, 82166 Gräfelfing, Germany.
Battery: The Azume One contains a built-in lithium polymer battery that cannot be removed by the user. Always hand in the complete device and do not open it. Batteries can contain substances that are harmful to the environment and to health, and damaged lithium batteries can catch fire. Separate collection ensures they are handled safely and valuable raw materials are recovered.
Personal data: You are responsible for deleting your data before disposal. To do so, unpair the device in the Azume app. You can delete your account at any time directly in the app.
